A bit of background information:
-The person I’m researching is named Antoni Ilcewicz
-He was born in 1890
-On the record it says he came from “*Russia*” but was of the “*Polish People*”
-I used to speak Polish with his niece so it would definitely have been in a Polish area if that helps
I’ve hit a roadblock with my research on this side of the family and I really want to know more so thank you to anyone who tries to help me figure out what that town is!
Can You please show more of the document, in order to compare letters?
The screenshot of while record would be much more helpful. If this is part of church record books, they usually had pretty strict format, so whole record could help more easily transcribe
