But I don’t know to whom should I go with such order? Is there some sort of places that you could go to and place an order for producing such details? Thank you very much in advance

What you need is a jeweler. Google juvelyro paslaugos + your location. Might be pricey, you could try looking for an amateur jeweler on facebook, maybe get a better price.
