Wait till you see the McDonald’s in Bray.
This was (obviously) originally a bank housing the Belfast branch of what eventually became AIB. It closed due to the extensive restoration work being done on the neighbouring Primark housed in the listed Bank Buildings, and is now some kind of “events space”
Well if someone doesn’t snap it up to use it’ll just fall into disrepair.
