I would imagine there are a few things the Tories (or there donors) want scrapped but a lot of this is picking future fights. Unravel rights in key areas that can be framed contentiously and when Labour are back in Government and looking to reinstate these things the client media of the conservatives can go on the attack. Same as it ever was.
