Viber is used primarily among elderly people. And Telegram is used by every age group. Also in the communication category for a region on GApps and Apple store Telegram is taking a higher place than viber.
Weird, I’ve never used Whatsapp and don’t anyone else that does either. Feels like Facebook Messenger is more popular here. Could be just my social circle though.
I had no idea Facebook Messenger was still actively used.
In thhe netherlands we communicate via the xhamster comment section. Works fine, pretty secure too.
Only partially accurate, sms is still most common here in Belgium.

Signal ftw!! Kick out the f**-€-€ meta spyware monopolies…

Really difficult to believe that Whatsapp is more popular in Estonia than FB Messenger.
I don’t know a single Lithuanian friend using whatsapp, we all use Facebook messenger. Although, might be because of my social bubble.
I’m surprised by Viber being the most popular in Serbia. Living here I much more often see people using WhatsApp and FB Messenger
These statistics are very misleading as, for example, iMessage and Android’s own messenger are missing.
In Sweden, these are used more than Facebook Messenger.
