I’m a for increasing our industry, but let’s hope they are doing this is a sustainable way at the very least and a regenative way at best. And hope they don’t use cobalt from the Congo. Some truly horrific things are happening at those mines.
The people of Blyth would like to know how. Strange that no media have attempted to get in touch with British Volt, but are happy to wander around the town centre and ask locals what they think.
It doesn’t say what kind of batteries these are so I assume they’re just the traditional lead-acid kind.
