Well we don’t call it corruption, we call it lobbying.
This is corruption *perception* . Countries can be more corrupt than people realise. With the way money plays into politics, particularly after Citizens United, I’d argue the US is more corrupt than people think.
How do you define corruption?
Why did you post the 2018 version?
Corruption done right is not noticeable.
Those Asiatics are amateurs.

Is this day to day corruption, so having to bribe officials to get somewhere or is this large scale corruption like companies bribing politicians (aka “lobbying”)?
OP, why you’re showing a 2018 map? It’s outdated.
OP constantly reposting for karma
But it’s Still corruption …
Living in a solid yellow country (I come from an orange one) and still hearing constantly “this is the most corrupt place on earth”.
Which is probably the reason for the low corruption: No one gets a break from suspicion, which is awesome to keep checks on local authorities, politicians and low-level tax-evasion.
This is old data.
Hungary orange in 2018… yeah, right. Well, it can’t be corrupt if the government operates like a kleptocracy, can it? This map wasn’t accurate even in 2018, much less after the 57th repost murdering it’s bitrate.
