Literally it means “don’t feed the fish” but the picture is telling me I don’t get the real meaning here😂 can someone please elaborate? It’s in a library.

It’s a Silverfish on the picture, and don’t feed it.

If you have Stone floor they are very common.
In need of moisture and dust. Mostly live from our death skincells. They don’t like heat and dry environment. Totally harmless.
Universitetsbiblioteket in Lund?
Hela vår lägenhet är fylld med dessa, främst långsprötade som börjar bli många i sverige. Dom kryper upp för väggar. Äckliga jävlar, hyresvärden vägrar göra något.
In Swedish culture silverfish are the exception to the rule of zero tolerance towards household pests.
Hey, that’s in Lund right
Ugh silverfiskar är så jävligt äckliga
Resilient bastards, almost nothing works against them – but the Germans found the cure:

Whole Brf was plagued with them, nothing helped until Anticimex came with this gel. It worked like a charm. We went from 30 a week in a trap to 0 a year and a half later…
This works in English as well, what don’t you get? The animal in the picture is called Silver Fish, literally the same name as in Swedish (Silverfisk).
