> I also see the establishment media becoming absolutely obsessed with the Chairman of Efling and going to every inconceivable length to assassinate her character and pretend that she is “bad” for workers and her own union.
>All these claims (just like the suggestion of Ólöf’s that Efling’s members aren’t intelligent enough to see for ourselves and draw conclusions) are offensive to me as a member of Efling and as someone who supports Sólveig Anna’s leadership, because they attempt to invalidate my own agency and autonomy, my own good judgement and intuition, as a worker and active union member. As if the other trade union leaders are hitting us over the head with their signed contracts shouting, “**This is for your own good!”**
Drawing a conclusion that you are doing something right when the majority of people are telling you you’re wrong has always struck me kind of strange.
But these fair elections…..
7.9% of Eflings members elected her(B list)
And only 53% who took a position voted for her
( know everybody had their chance to vote and it is frustrating that people don’t use their voting rights.)
But it is always talked about that she has clear and strong support as evident by the election.
I hate Bullshit politics and she has become apart of it.
And I read that article by ólöf.
I did not get the same impression as you i thought I read a different point of view.

I have not seen this. Where did she state this?
( not saying she didn’t)
But all the same I can not understand her tactics.
I agree with her that workers should be paid enough to live but her method is alienating and puts people on guard.
It’s not a characteristic one would look for in a negotiation.
And what really grinds me gears is that these are short term negotiations for a 12 month contract.
And she wants to deplete our strike funds for that.
That to me gives an indication that she has no sense for money.
For my part I want to take this deal and go harder next round when it has more weight and when we can get some unity with these fuckin unions.
But these were supposed to be my 2 cents and ended up around three fitty
Supporter declares support.
Ok
>I see the unending epidemic of young men dying here
wot?
The amount of concern trolling coming from Non-Efling members never ceases to amaze me
