What is in my Rivella? There are 2 droplets that refuse to merge with the main liquid and are floating on top, what’s in these things?

2. After shaking them around, they eventually merged. I kept shaking and they came back! They also had air bubbles in the droplets. It looked crazy, but I didn’t take a picture, I will try to make them appear again but already took a sip

   I’ve never seen this ever in any soda.
