Knowing that half the population is of below average critical thinking ability makes this a scary prospect, though.
Good education systems would guard us as a society against this kind of thing.
But, educating our citizens well is a pursuit of democracy, and the modern right wing, including cancerous outlets like this, seem to be dead set against democracy proper.
Now, more than ever we need to cling on to democracy, imperfect as it is, to stop us from backsliding.
Eventually, we may come up with a system that’s better, or a way to implement an existing system well enough that it works better, but we can’t let the perfect be the enemy of the slightly-less-shit-than-fascism.
We all have to agree that there is such a thing as objective truth, and it matters.
Seeing the alternative, post-truth dystopia should be motivation enough.

Cardiac MRI was full of people suffering the same conditions as myself, myocarditis and pericarditis, suspected to be linked to vaccine or long covid.
They are studying this, I myself was asked to take part in a yearly study on this for the next 6 years for repeat MRI scans.
We’re seeing signals that people who have received the mRNA Covid jab are at increased risk of developing cancer, so we need to investigate the long term risks of these jabs.

What signals? By all accounts the covid vaccines have been incredibly well tolerated even compared to normal regular well-established vaccines no one would think twice about taking. I just don’t get these people. Why do they say things like this other than to push a grift? The vaccine has been given to *billions* of people, it has been one of the most heavily studied vaccination programs in history. If there were issues to be blunt it would be fucking obvious, or you’d have to build up some kind of conspiracy involving literally *millions* of healthcare workers from all across the world who would have no reason (or means!) to share some sort of secret agenda.
