Can anyone tell me what this says?

1. It’s interesting. I am not sure about all letters, but it seems to me it’s some dialect or badly educated writer not able to write “standard” language.

   I cannot really read the first line, so my try begins from the second:

   > ja vašoi matka
   > aj sestra berta (?)
   > aj štepanove djefčatka
   > nevjem či nas budete
   > mnět poznat

   which I would translate to English as

   > me your mother
   > and sister Berta (?)
   > and Štepans’ (?) girls
   > I do not know whether you (plural) will be
   > able to recognize us

2. It seems closer to Slovak than Czech

3. Seems to me like an archaic Slovak dialect.
   I’d guess it reads:
   >Idem vas opačit(?)
   >ja vaša matka
   >aj sestra beta
   >aj štefanove djefčatka
   >nevjem či nas budete
   >moct poznat

   so:

   >I’m going to visit(?) you
   >me your mother
   >and sister Beta
   >also Štefan’s girls
   >I don’t know if you will
   >be able to recognize us

   aj stefanove djefcatka

   nevjem ci nas budete

   moct poznat

   opáčiť – odkiaľ som ja tak to znamená pozrieť, skúsiť, babka to stále vraví “opáč koláče”
