A different look on population density maps: every surface no matter what color has approximately 100.000 inhabitants and the color shows population density. You can count the areas the know the population of a city of metropolitan area.
Method:The program I used was Paint pro version, I used based maps and overlaid them with population density maps.
Data:- https://www.citypopulation.de/, Google maps allows to measure distance and count surface and Wikipedia
Cool graphic! Only one thing: I think it would be easier to comprehend if not every lake and puddle would pollute the map.
I think it would be better viewed with the map 4 colours, not really important to show population density, since it directly correlates to the size of the shape – which is hard to see because of the colouring

Meglep h siofokon ilyen alacsony a valos nepsuruseg….teljesen mas benyomasom volt az eddigi nyaralasok alapjan (pedig voltam oktoberben, meg marciusban…elvileg full holtszezonban)
Nem rossz ötlet, de félrevezető, mert olyan benyomást kelt, mintha ezek valamiféle funkcionális térségek lennének, pedig nyilvánvalóan nem azok, ha jobban megnézzük.
Fú de jó, imádom a térképeket!
Nagyon tetszik, de figyelm már az ország észak-keleti csücske miért van levágva? SZ-SZ-B Megye az már smafu?
Az alapötlet hasonlít Teleki vörös térképéhez, szép munka.
