  1. Haven’t we all been on a company board of directors and just forgotten about it?

It’s like going to the shop and forgetting to buy the one thing you went there for.

  2. Why are these articles being published and then we just sit around calling the politicians arseholes but don’t really do anything?

I’m not suggesting I’m any different, but I only wish we were more like the french in the regard that they shut down Paris over a two year increase to the retirement age which in my opinion by our standards, 64 is still palatable for us tbh

It’s our lack of accountability that allows them to say oops I forgot 💀 everytime something happens and they wait a week and the issue is gone

  3. He was a director for 5 months. This is under the minimum disclosure period for the year in question. He didn’t have to declare it, this is a nothing story.

Oh, and obligatory The Ditch is run by a scumbag who owes 50k, that’s fifty thousand euro, in rent. You could put up a lot of posters for that.

  4. He broke the rules, but he put this stuff out there himself. To me it falls within the category of “type of thing I wouldn’t want to end politicians careers over because any of us could find ourselves there and I don’t want politics left to non ordinary people, especially when they own their mistakes”.

I have very verbose mental categories.
