So my estimated electricity bill has gone from what it normally is about 260-290ish for every 2 months.. It’s now jumped to 430 euro.
We don’t use heating at all.
Has anyone had experience with it jumping up this much in the last two months at all?
Should I be calling energia or is there even any point?

You should be submitting readings and not leaving it up to estimations.
It’s estimated, they guessed your usage, that guess could be wrong. Submit a meter reading.

Same happened to me this month after they installed a smart meter.

Have a look at what the unit price was and what it is now. Plus look at the usage…. Just looking at the absolute numbers at the end and then complaining, isn’t really helpful 😉 but yeah I have a feeling that some companies are always expecting that the government will jump in and help out so they can just increase whatever they are selling 🙁
