Why the left should oppose vaccine passports

  1. Inconveniencing everyone with added bureaucracy and paperwork because 10% of folks aren’t taking a vaccine is pretty daft in my opinion. As a vaccinated individual, I’d rather just get on with my life without the additional BS and hoops to jump through. Also, most of the folks I know who arent vaccinated will be put off even more by these attempts to coerce them.

  2. If the vaccine passports cause even one more percent of people to get vaccinated then it is definitely worth the trouble of showing the NHS app from my mobile phone

  3. Labour supported Plan B, good chunk of Tories opposed it. So Tories are left and Labour are right? British politics is so confusing.

  4. the vaccine cultists who have become very vocal among the left are something i hope dies down asap. i know they’re already starting to subside because for many mandatory vaccines and vaccine passports are too far, but i still wish they’d fuck off sooner

  5. It’s quite fascinating how the seemingly anti-corporate leftists have collectively taken such a hard stance against vaccine hesitation and the concept of there being a conspiracy behind it. And as a result have become extremely supportive of the pharmaceutical corporations they would otherwise despise.
