Grivas and his ultranationalist fascistic organization EOKA-B were agents of NATO and the CIA/MI6 in their plans to divide Cyprus between two NATO countries, and ultimately the arch-traitors of Cyprus. Not only that, they wanted to put Cyprus and its people under a far-right military dictatorship of Cypriot, Greek, and ultimately western (American, British) capital oppressing and exploiting the Cypriot working and peasant classes, and violently “cleanse” Cyprus of any Turkish Cypriots, leftists, or democrats. No honors for such people.

Either way, both ideologies such as the British colonists and whoever Imperialist in the 60’s n 70’s or Soviet Union Communist intervention and influence, BOTH are BIG BAD WOLVES with their own selfish agenda. You cant expect both of them to be some Magical fairy that will make all your wishes come true for free.
