Hey, I’ve been in a similar situation before. Called civil protection and firemen came over to inspect it. They couldn’t do anything about it, but they rang up enemalta on what I imagine is a special line and it was sorted out in a day or so

I know exactly where this is. I can’t say that I’ve had issues with the hotline when I needed it. Did you manage to solve it by now? Cpd could help out if there’s a danger to the public (which there was)
Probably earthquake damage, our corrupt construction authorities are gonna have a run for their money if the quakes keep it up.
That can be scary where I’m from because no power = no sump pump no sump pump = water coming from basement and walls
