Sound advice. But we all know the reason Nippy cries for independence and bashes England with every waking breath is because she can’t fix her country’s domestic issues.
I’m starting to understand why she wants independence.
I agree she has too much focus on it but it’s becoming very clear that Westminster doesn’t give a stuff about anything north of the M25.
I’m wondering whether England, Scotland, Wales, NI should gain independence from Westminster. I know it cannot happen and never will happen but it’s a nice thought.
It’s very clear that the Westminster elite have a complete disdain for anything outside of London. Especially the further north you get.
Something needs to change and I’m telling you now, Labour isn’t the answer. In 5-10 years they’ll balls everything up just like the Tories have.
Unfortunately I have no solution to the problems we all face. Socially and economically.
It would certainly help if the people leading our country weren’t a bunch of ‘to the msnor born’, elitist, self serving morons waiting to the pass the baton on to their entitled little brats.

I’d say marriage equality and death equality are domestic issues.
Then again Starmer giving 1 iota of care about ensuring equality kinda doesnt align with his attempts to be the Tory to end all Tories

( Said from a non-SNP voting area of Scotland, where we wish Wee Nicky would just get off her Independence pony and concentrate on what is important for the people who live in Scotland….andalslo stop fannying around with headline grabbing schemes that make zero difference for 99% of the population)
WE desperately need upgraded and accessible new ferries for Orkney………the Scottish Gov own a shipbuilders ( and have interfered with it so much that it can’t deliver anything on time) but it also owns the western isles ferries (CalMac). The western isles voted for the SNP, we didn’t….guess who’s getting the ferries when they arrive, if ever.
The tories and labour are both scrambling over the same voting demographic and basing their policies on them. That’s the demographic that fucked this country. Giving them what they want is disastrous. Sturgeon is right. We don’t need a blue Labour Party that imitates the government. It’s the last thing we actually need. Starmer needs to get out.
