Do people really not see that this is one of the most accepting places for trans people? They’re explicitly protected by law. Where are they gonna go? Interesting that people never say where they’re going to claim asylum.
The hyperbole of trans activists does them absolutely no good in trying to win over people.
I suspect this is very much what the anti-trans crowd is trying to achieve, make the country so hostile to transgender people that they feel like they have to leave voluntarily, all the while trying to turn the public against them as much as possible. The sickest part of all of this is that the government are throwing their weight behind this hate campaign just to score a few political points which gives this tiny group of bigots a massively disproportionate amount of representation and political power, really scary times right now. I almost can’t believe what’s become of this country in the last decade.
