  1. Would you mind translating it?
    And offering a reasonable source?
Can’t find anything in local news media

  2. Any source besides a random youtube video in Malyasian?

Can’t find any mention of it in polish or English-speaking media

I just crossposted this post, and wanted to get a few honest opinions out of it, as few of my distant friends[who resides in poland] [Indians and other Asians] felt the same , and few did not.

Please note: there is no hatred towards Poland from my side, admin feel free to remove this post, if its not allowed

    [replying as acomment as well]

  4. Poland’s homicide rate has been pretty stable for the last couple years. From 2013-2020 the approx. avg. homicide rate was 0.73 deaths per 100,000 people, and it seems to be trending down (as it has been consistently since 1994, with a couple spikes along the way, but still going down after the spike).

If you look at a list of homicide rate of Europe and World countries, Poland is relatively close to the bottom.

Just because TWO foreigners were unfortunately killed, doesn’t mean that the country is becoming unsafe. Get the clickbait articles outta here.

EDIT: For average homicide rate, I said it was for the years 2013-2015, that was a typo, my calculation was based on 2013-2020. I have corrected this.

  5. No. It’s a tragic occurence, but not a noticeable trend. Poland is a relatively safe country, despite bordering another at war.

  6. Mixing migrant groups that hate each other is dangerous. Poland and Polish people have nothing to do with this…

  7. I cannot find any source that isn’t indian and its highly unusual for a murder not to be on the news in Poland. What i can find is indian articles and a lot of hate for Poland in their comment sections. We should not make any comments until there is an official confirmation.

  8. Lol. Try going to USA to a supermarket and play the latest edition of a game called “will I be shot while buying overpriced eggs today”?

    Really, cmon

  9. Killed by who? Today some Indian guy was stabbed but by Georgians not Poles.

  10. Two people. And this is supposed to be evidence of a broader trend in a society of 40 million people?? AT LEAST two women died today, is that supposed to mean that women around the world are in increased danger than they were before.

  11. This is a shit stirring post. Unless there’s a pattern of violence against foreigners, I wouldn’t be worried.
