– Discharges: 42

– Week-on-week change: -42.0%
**Confirmed Cases**
– Today: 7333 (+3705)
– Week-on-week change: +8.6%
**Boosters/Third Doses**

Currently deaths in South Africa have yet to explode like cases. There are differences between our demographics and the nature of immunity in either population however. We’ll know soon enough just how extreme or not future measures will need to be.

Under the latest restrictions if someone is deemed a close contact at work , do they also have to restrict for the 5 days ? Having a hard time finding what the latest is if you arent a household close contact.

I’m expecting to be 1 of these numbers tomorrow…. woke up yesterday with a terrible headache maybe one of the worst I ever had and felt exhausted…done an antigen test and it was negative then I woke up this morning feeling worse and done another antigen which came up positive and got my pcr test at 2 today.
I’m double vaxed and always wear a mask but others in my work place literally don’t care lately with an outbreak happening! Looks like Christmas in isolation for me.
