I’m slightly surprised. Yet, at the same time one of the best Tilsiter in my life is from Toggenburg. I do have to say I don’t want cheese from the Aargau and Thurgau. I think cows belong to the hills, alps, and mountains 🙂

Toggenburg makes quite good milk and bread. It’s one of the poorest areas in Switzerland, but you can eat at least quite decently!
