13. Both countries have a cooperation agreement and can easily sign mutual defense agreements outside of NATO so I wonder why they don’t just explore that route.

18. Sweden could easily have joined NATO during the Cold War, but partly out of solidarity to us, they didn’t. We must remain steadfast with the Swedes now.
