What you need to buy is a thing called a “Ceranfeldschaber”
Essentially that’s a razor blade mounted to a handle. You can scratch the scorch marks off that way. Just slapping cleaning solution on it will never get rid off burnt-in stuff. You need some elbow grease.
Don’t worry about scratching the stovetop with that thing, by the way, the surface is harder than the razor blade’s steel.
