When you are late for your train…

  1. How? I’m guessing that front fork suspension, after compression, rebounded and pushed the arms and torso up. Raising the center of gravity which put them over the bars (because downhill), and combined with all the loose gear they had strapped on shifting around sent it sideways too.

I vaguely recall that kind of suspension preloading something you actually want when going off a kicker. Just the intended direction is more upward than it was here. That also looks like an E-Bike battery adding more mass to the physics, and possibly introducing sensory errors from the vibration which might have registered as a pedal stroke to the motor assist, unexpectedly.

  2. Guy was literally sitting on the bike. Rule #1 of don’ts while descending. To his defense he probably shit his pants if he tried standing, the stairs are not high ceiling.
    Next time,
    a) get some skills,
    b) try to learn how to ride from early age. Usually people got to have fun doing this by the age of 10. Coming late to the party is at your own expense
    c) just don’t
