The reason I love this is that they can’t shout over each other, they have time to articulate their points, and it just feels like a more informative way to do debates. It’s good modern thinking from someone in RTÉ and I hope this happens more. Imagine a WhatsApp chat with Mary Lou and Micháel. That would be awdome.

As long as there is an openness about who exactly is involved in the writing of the messages I think it could be an interesting idea.
