I recently shifted the apartment. I have a modem but couldn’t find a point to connect. Searching led me to find a 3 pin connector like below. But where to get connector for it . Also will existing modem work with adapter or connector or should I buy new modem ?

You need a correct modem for that technology. Ethernet/cable/DSL modems are not interchangeable. You should contact your isp which provides the internet into your apartment. They will tell you which modem you need and sell you one. You can buy a modem anywhere but as you don’t seem to be sure what you need I’d just get what the isp recommends.
Also, do you have an existing contract for internet? The apartment might have a slow baseline connection but most people upgrade it. Even if you buy a new modem from a 3rd party, you might need to contact your isp and tell them the mac address on the modem.
It’s like 1994 all over again.
That’s a phone jack and most likely not what you are supposed to be using.
First things first; did you check your fusebox? If you have an ethernet connection to your apartment there is where you would most likely find the ethernet jack if you can’t find it anywhere else.
If you don’t have one of those, another option could be that you’re getting internet through the coax (i.e. same as your cable TV), although that’s getting more uncommon as well.
While DSL might be available somewhere still (although I doubt it, especially if it’s from Telia because they have basically moved completely over to 4G/5G for the ones that live in the more rural areas where DSL would have been available previously), it’s at the very least extremely uncommon these days. Hence, the phone jack you’re looking at is probably not the answer.
Some additions and corrections to previous commenter.
It is likely that you will get the correct RJ11 cable, and an RJ11 to 3-pin phone plug adapter, with your modem (new or used). But if not, you can just buy an [adapter](https://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/615704/Nedis-puhelinpistoke-RJ11-adapteri) and a [cable](https://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/106645/DELTACO-puhelinkaapeli-RJ11-RJ11-2-m-valkoinen). Quick googles, bet you can find cheaper ones elsewhere too.
In Finland the available internet connections (to my knowledge, pls correct people) are:
* **ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+** (3pin phone plug)
* **VDSL, VDSL2, VDSL2-V+** (3pin phone plug)
* **Fiber** (fiber plug or CAT6 RJ45 plug)
* **Mobile wireless** (usually a bigger 5G router nowadays) //// (EDIT: Personally I don’t recommend these. Bad reliability compared to hard wire, price doesn’t decrease if bandwidth is low for your flat, and latency is usually bad too. Also even trees in between it and the tower will f*** up your bandwidth, so summer connection can be worse than now in winter)
Yours is either some kind of ADSL or VDSL. ~~Your landlord or housing committee president can tell you which ISP provides DSL connections to your building (there might also be building-specific contracts for lower prices if you pay a small upfront fee, but these are usually Fiber or FTTN aka Fiber To The Node connections.~~ Yours might be FTTN but can’t be sure from this).
~~Or you can plug in your address in these pages and see what they offer.~~
(EDIT3: Plug your address there on the Telia page and see what they offer.) If there’s no DSL available, they will usually offer a 5G connection, so see which one offers a DSL connection.

**Now, for the correction to the other commenter.** When you find out what kind of DSL it is, DO NOT ask for an offer for a modem from the ISP. Ask only for the connection plan itself. The modems and routers they sell are WAAAY overpriced. You can just search for that type of [X]DSL modem from [tori.fi](https://tori.fi), FB marketplace or get a new one from a retailer, which will still be cheaper than the same model from an ISP.
For example, my previous flat had VDSL2 if I remember correctly. I found a used VDSL2 modem from [tori.fi](https://tori.fi) for 20€ and it worked fine. I just ordered the internet plan, factory reset the modem and BAM, Elisa connected to it automatically. That model cost like upwards of 150€ when new like 2 years prior.
Feel free to ask any questions. My experience is that I’ve argued with ISP’s about internet connections and their predatory business practices a lot and have set up most of my family’s connections. 😀
EDIT2: Also, if the broken plug cover bothers you, you can find those old ones all around, but probably not from big hardware stores. I found the round 3-pin plug’s cover from [tori.fi](https://tori.fi) once. Your landlord/etc might be able to help. But I suggest they get an electrician to install it, cause in that case the back cover is replaced too.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
I feel like we need a sticky for phone sockets and how to attach lamps
I think all the main suppliers let you enter your address on their websites and recommend based upon what the local infrastructure is. You’re in a Telia house so changing to a different operators broadband might take longer.
Personally, I have a DNA 5g connection and it’s been flawless and better than the Elisa fibre optic I had before. Of course, that depends on your location.
