REM man in the moon, I’m 23 at Slane with good friends on a beautiful sunny day, its still my favourite REM song.
Bittersweet, Romeo and Juliet, I’m 19 and in love for the first time, he sang it to me when we were in bed together, then he broke my heart (Kilkenny bastard).
Blister in the sun, I’m in a jacuzzi on the roof of a hotel in Dublin, with great friends after seeing the femmes.
Dancing at the crossroads, my dad was a great hurler, he saw Wexford win an all Ireland, a month before he was killed.
I’m sure there’s others.
The most iconic music moment in my life was seeing blur in the Olympia. Damon performed the universal and being honest I was absolutely blown away (not a huge blur fan)
Pale blue eyes

Of Monsters and Men Little Talks.
On the first morning after I moved to Germany when I was 20 I put in my headphones to go explore the area. It was the first song that came on.
It makes me think of sunny days and the excitement of adventure.
Never fails so make me smile.
