Depends on your standards: Restaurant lunch is 6-12, doner kebab or other smaller snacks 4-6, daily public transport 4 (or weekly for 12), 0.5l pilsner beer at a pub 2-3….
Can’t help with touristic stuff such as accomodation and city tours…
