My Swedish partner and I live in Vancouver and we missed Swedish food so we made/bought Janssons frestelse, rödbetssallad, skägenrora, lax, köttbullar, and inlaggningsill to make her feel at home!

Hope you enjoyed it!

Vancouver seems like a cool place by the way, to me British Columbia always seems just like home but with a lot more steep elevation I suppose.
