Hello.
In standard Czech, is the vowel “o” pronounced more closer to the close-mid vowel \[o\] or more closer to the open-mid vowel \[ɔ\]? The vowel chart in the article [Czech phonology](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czech_phonology) on Wikipedia state that it is \[o\], but a number of speakers on Forvo pronounce it more like \[ɔ\].
Thank you in advance.

Yeah more like open-mid, not sure why its stated as closed on wiki
I had to check wikipedia for these sounds, and “o” here is usually this one: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open-mid_back_rounded_vowel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open-mid_back_rounded_vowel)
