Hello!
I was dismissed from my job on the 15th of November, with the last working day being the 5th of January. I applied on the 23rd of December for ALG I, and registered in person at the agency on the 29th. Since then, the application has been in process. I was told they needed a document from my last employer, who sent it on the 22nd of January. Last in went at the agency, they said they had all the documents needed!
Now online, something weird happened. It says the application has been processed but on the side, gives me info on the period i would receive the benefits, the amount that allegedly was paid on my account, and the date of payment (2nd of Febuary) – see screenshot in the link below. As of today, I haven’t seen the money yet. We tried to call them to no avail, and sent email that don’t have any reply. I don’t speak german and no one is free to come to the office with me to help me. Maybe someone can help me figure this out? Will I receive the money and is it just a long bank transfer? Or is there anything else we can do?

If it was paid Thursday afternoon, it took Friday to be processed by the system, then there was a weekend and it is now Monday morning and the first possible day it could show up in your account.
Just don’t panic.
