I’m half scared but half intrigued. Probably because I’m hungry
[Nothing to do with Ireland in the ingredients, recipe, or heritage of the company. They make vague suggestions about serving the sausage with stout. ](https://johnsonville.com/products/irish-o-garlic/)
Name aside. That looks like a really nice ratio of meat to fat.
While they’re about as Irish as Uncle Sam they do look quite tasty.
I honestly don’t understand why so many brands advertise with being “family owned”. It just screams nepotism which makes me want to avoid. Still, these look tasty.
The green on the label is an artificial colour
Plastic Paddy yank shite?
Why are you putting premium cuts of anything in there? It’s a sausage.
This sounds like one of those thing where we can’t legally say that we put real garlic in there.
I’m no sausage expert and whilst all sausages are fairly gross when you look at the composition and components but looking at these sausages it seems to be 90% fat and gristle chunks that seem more evident
Best before: is it 2th of March or 3rd of February?
