The after shock was even horrifying, and the tsunami was a nightmare. I don’t wish this kind of sadness and grief to anyone even to my fellow Turks at home. This just breaks my heart

Damn. I hope it will end soon and rescue workers can start digging and helping.
I’ve heard that due to poor ability to follow building regulations, the next big quake in for example in Istanbul would leave the city in ruins. That was 10 years ago. That was told as an argument to visit it.
