Unknow song from a Polish wedding

Hi ! I need help trying to identify a song from a french reality tv show about wedding.

One of the wedding is taking place in poland and I can’t find what song is sing at the church, I tried shazam and google with no luck. I think its a famous polish song but I might be wrong. Its remind me “last song” by trisomie 21 (french band) so i’m really curious about it.
