when dealing with any product from this particular brand, the best advice would be to treat it exactly as highly radioactive material, i.e. “drop and run”.
It is a low quality product
I don’t.
The one on the right is plain old ground meat and the one on the left is essentially the same but it contains cheese and you’re supposed to put it on a slice of bread and then cook it in an oven. We call these sandwiches “princesses”, thus the confusing name on the package 🙂
There are two or three ways to make them:
The first one is you take a slice of bread, put some butter and then you spread the minced meat on top, then put on the oven on 180 for 8 mins, take them and spread shredded/cut cheese(kashkaval) on top and then for 2 minutes until it’s really melted on top.
The other one is just the same. Depending on the region you live some people put on top something called sharena sol/merudiya or in english patterned salt which is salt with different herbs in it or any normal salt. Some people like go eat it with mayonnaise or ketchup.
It really depends on the person.
Minced meat for “princesses”. A princes is a mincemeat spread on a slice of bread and baked in the oven.
A piece of advice – don’t buy those packages, they are lower quality. Buy mince meat from a meat store >!magazine!<. Add 1 egg , and yellow cheese (kashkaval), spread on pieces of bread and bake the top side. Add a piece of tomato on top and profit. Most delicious breakfast.
Edit: My english sux
its minced meat. like any other minced meat
Its ground meat. But one of the worst options on the market.
Yes, it’s expensive, but it makes the best принцеса sandwich and you should definitely try it at least once.
As for how you cook it, just spread on slices of bread and cook in oven, best on grill setting. It’s very good if you add a couple of cubes of yellow cheese on top of the sandwiches as well (white the meat is raw), but that’s down to preference, the original recipe doesn’t have cheese in it
Make meatball on the grill. Use it for musaka. Or spread some butter on bread and then this on top then bake in the oven
You should ask vegans, this does not contain meat.
We don’t
**DO NOT EAT THIS**
You spread the green one on bread and put it in the oven (It’s not Mettwurst don’t eat it raw).
The red one is just minced meat you can use that for anything, the picture on the package is seasoned minced meat wrapped around eggs and carrots, baked of course.
But considering its this brand, maybe use it to walk past and not buy it.
Man, that’s some soyboy stuff. Go buy some fresh raw meat, grind it, spice it and make yourself a couple o’ good thick-ass princesses!
As show on the packaging we either put it on bread or make a loaf. It’s minced meat basically. Don’t forget to put chubrica 😉
These are like 50% soy, 30% “miscellaneous” meat and 20% actual meat.
You don’t. You throw it in the garbage can and buy quality minced meat.
Defrost, spread it on a few slices of bread, pop it in the oven at 200C for 10-15 mins or until darkened, and enjoy!! We call them princesses. No idea why, but i recommend the green one (it has both mince and a bit of cheese mixed in)
you don’t unless you have to. It’s always better to get some actual grinned meat. But you can try princesa or to do some meatballs.
Yeah, throw it away
Better not eat this 😀
Looks like Romanian “drob”
I meannnnnnnnnnn, if you’re in Bulgaria, I’d suggest you go to a butcher’s shop and get meat ground *in front of you* so you can see what goes in your mince and then, and only then, eat it.
Other than that, a “Princess” sandwich is quite good tbh. Your post made me crave it. Gotta go to the store tomorrow.

spread on a slice of bread
You can make “kufteta” (meat balls) and fry them in a pan
As in the pictures
I wouldn’t use that exact brand.

It’s good but the meat barely contains any meat.. I wouldn’t recommend those brands. Highly recommend you get this https://vivenda.bg/product/mix-for-sandwiches-princesses
