Sounds like a wonderful idea for restoring biodiversity, plus who wouldn’t want to live in a country with Bison?
I’m not sure gentle is the word I’d use to describe bison but their reintroduction is cool. Just need to be very careful about people potentially messing with them because you know some idiots will goad one and get stomped to death
And the Little American Bison packed his bags as he left for a new life in England…. His father sad to see him go said “Goodluck in your new adventure! Bi Son”
I saw the greatest job ever yesterday… “Beaver Officer” not only is the title hilarious for my childish brain but it’s all about helping beavers get back in the UK wild. It sounded like my dream job. I love beavers. Unfortunately I don’t have any proof of my Beaver knowledge or a science degree to back up anything I might say so… Guess I won’t apply but if anyone is interested it’s on the gov site.
I want to believe, bears and wolves reintroduced in the UK by 2040.
