Hello I pick up this pin from a street vendor along my travels through Europe. I got this in the Zamosc. I was wondering what it means and where it’s from. Cold War looks like or before?
The pin says: Leading Railroad worker, PRL stands for Polish Peoples Republic, it’s basically Communist version of employee of the month for railroad workers

It’s from times of the Polish People’s Republic (1952-1989). It’s a railway honour badge. It’s this one:
