If it is any bigger it should have a “luottamusmies” or “workplace steward (?)” that should be able to help you out. It also depends on the company you are working for so they know the best.
There is no TES currently for ICT or IT service but it is (slowly) being negotiated. It is expected that other TES negotiations proceed now that this big TES has been signed.
