Hungary: Great food (love that Gulasz). Booze I don’t really know, I remember drinking a beer that had aluminum foil on the cap and it was ok
Slovakia: Been in Bratislava last summer. National food was boring (Fried cheese and pierogi with brybdza). Beer was good tho, so it fits.
Czechia: Really love knedliki with a nice gulasz sauce but that’s about it. Booze is great, Kozel Dark is my favourite beer, pilsner is very good and a cold Litovel Lemon is the best thing to drink on a hot summer day.
Poland: I feel like amongst the 4 countries we are known for the most national cuisine’s. People generally know about Pierogi, Kotlet Schabowy and Bigos. Add things like Barszcz z Uszkami or some kielbasa z cebulą and you have lot’s of options to eat. In terms of booze we don’t fuck around with drinking so when seeking greatness you will mostly see find things like vodka (Żubr grass vodka for example) or bimber (kind of like homemade moonshine).
None of this country food even gets close to be good tier. Hungarian food is just polish food with wayy to much paprica in it. All we eat is brown grawy and cabbage to sustain large amount of alcohol we have to dring to not remember the food taste.

I would say Czech beer > Polish beer, but Polish high % alcohol > Czech high % alcohol. Also Slovak food is rather decent too. Another thing is – Hungarian wine is probably the best of all 4 countries. Man this graph makes so little sense 😛
