I just went to a new vet and was charged 130 eur for my cat’s vaccination.
Before this, the last time I visited a vet in Berlin was about 2 years ago and I recall paying \~50 euros for the vaccination and also having a nice chat with the veterinarian.
Was I just scammed?

so no, you most likely did not get scammed.
