Are things like these easy to be found in Norway? Like in a smaller city

  1. Sure, just talk to the village elder and bring an offering of deer pelt and some wild herbs and you will get the protein powder along with some blessings.

  2. Haha yes. This is a staple in every small town in Norway. Most gyms sell these and almost all small towns have a gym.

  3. These come extra premium in Norway, custom duties add a lot to them. Alternative is local or Swedish whey protein which is much inferior in quality

  4. Yes, several stores have this one in particular (I’ve bough it also myself, although then 2.3kg package). Just use Google or prisjakt/prisguiden to check where it’s cheapest. You can find nice discounts every now and then on it too.

  5. These are available in basically every country that has a sports store lmao

But for norway, you have to hike to the top of the tallest mountain to consult the wise lord of gains, good luck traveller

  6. Yeah. That there is protein, a waste product from milk production. You will find it in any “helsekost” store and sports store.

  7. Use price check websites to see when the 4kg one is on offer and you get a good deal some times. 1200kr for 4.4kg
