[The YouTube clip (stop @ 11:30)](https://youtu.be/goHI387BKr4?t=648)
This clip is taken from a YouTube video by Tyler Walker. He is looking at Reddit responses to what makes a foreigner stick out in Norway. Being happy and relaxed being one of these comments. He then says: “That’s funny. I’m sure there are Norwegians that are relaxed and happy” and I burst out in a sad and frustrated laughter, because these Norwegians he speaks of who are relaxed and happy, I have never met in my life. Are you relaxed and happy? And if you are one of these mythical people, how do you accomplish this?

If you just stop giving a shit, you are half way there. No clue about the happy part tho
What kind of crap is this?
I’m not Norwegian but I spent a month there for volonteering stuff, and have visited on my own a few times. Most Norwegians I’ve met were open, definitely relaxed and happy. At least they seemed so from the outside, and I’m introverted so my behaviour wasn’t the cause
Im relaxed and “happy” because I don’t really care about much that happens. Bad things can happen, or stress happens, but holding onto that stress is just wasted energy.
