1. Legion d’Honneur is given to anyone famous in France. No big deal

    Honors don’t protect your citizens.

    It is sympatique but it is not what he needs
    Also ‘nothing’s off the table’ is not what Zelensky needs.
    He needs clear commitments.

    Remember that Ukraine once had nuclear weapons too. They got rid of them in an arms reduction treaty. Although I am not pro nuclear weapons, I realize that Russia would probably not have attacked Ukraine if they still had nukes. In fact Putin is keeping the world hostage with his nukes and threats.
