Man ordered to stay away from places housing refugees

  1. Imagine looking up to and being inspired by that.

Like how shite must you feel in yourself that you look at this fucking thing and think “that’s a man with principles and his shit together”

  2. The court was told that in reply to the charge, Mr Carey said “in hindsight it won’t be happening again, I will be taking a different approach going forward”.

Fuck, they all go quiet when faced with the consequences of their actions.

  3. > Judge Finan imposed a curfew on him from 9pm to 6am after he told the court he was a full-time worker who did not get home until 9pm in the evening.
    >
    >She also directed that he was not to attend, organise or participate in any protests or gatherings in person or online.
    >
    >When the garda asked that Mr Carey also agree not to participate or publish any videos on any social media platform, the judge barred him from social media.

That approach being shutting the fuck up I would hope.

  4. Cross post from the other thread, but he really crapped himself when facing the consequences of his own actions.

Given his address is now published you’d think he’d make an effort to sort out the large amount of social issues around where he lives.

    But he won’t, as he’s a coward.

Good to see there’s an initial objection to free legal aid, they maybe suspect there’s a bit of funding coming in somewhere as he’s a fucking puppet for others to agitate the public.

  5. It would be better for him if he was barred from his dealer, too. But that’s probably not going to happen.

So, what happens if he doesn’t stay away from places housing refugees?

As someone else has said, imagine looking up to (and actually being inspired by) someone like Graham Carey.

  6. Did he have a terrible lawyer? He said some stupid shit online and now he’s under curfew with restricted movement and restricted information access.

    That doesn’t seem proportionate.

  7. So he was charged under section two of the Prohibition of Incitement to Hatred Act 1989.

Why the big urgent push from Helen McEntee and others for new hate crime laws when the existing law seems to work just fine?

  8. > Mr Carey said “in hindsight it won’t be happening again, I will be taking a different approach going forward”.

Christ, that sounded like a fucking threat. What’s the new approach? A hammer?

  9. The loser fucked around and found out. Good enough for him, he’s a danger to society.

Can’t even go back to screaming obscenities into his front-facing camera alone in his truck cos the judge basically gave him a social media asbo 😂

    Nothing but a chode.
