Vanylven is an interesting place. They brewed the weirdest type of farmhouse ale in Norway. Unfortunately, only one description of it exists, and as far as I know nobody on the planet knows how to make it any more. Unless … somewhere in Vanylven there’s someone who still brews, or some old person who still remembers how it was done.
