Not to downplay the risk for the Baltics but these polls are absolutely meaningless. Most Russians when asked will give the answer that’s the least likely to get them in trouble.

First off this is pretty misleading, the article says in special conditions (not clarifiying what these conditions are) and even then only 26% for Kasachstan and 36% for the Baltics. So I wouldn’t say Russian citizens are supporting a special military operation in the Baltics.
