As I said during the fires in southern Europe. We should establish a rapid reaction teams consisting of SAR, firefighters etc. Every EU country should have similar teams. They could train together and be ready for a quick dispatch anywhere on our continent. This would promote a wide set of skills and a good cooperation in emergency situations.
