Sunteti pregatiti sa intre Romania in razboi?
In acest an? Cat creier neted.
>Dozens of charred corpses of women and children lay in the courtyard of the mosque, which had been destroyed. The first thing my eye fell on was the burned body of a baby, lying in fetal position… A wild-eyed woman emerged from a burned-out house holding a dead baby. Trucks with bodies piled in the back rolled through the streets on the way to the cemetery.

>While treating the wounded, I heard stories of young men – gagged and trussed up – dragged with chains behind personnel carriers. I heard of Russian aviators who threw Chechen prisoners, screaming, out their helicopters. There were rapes, but it was hard to know how many because women were too ashamed to report them. One girl was raped in front of her father. I heard of one case in which the mercenary grabbed a newborn baby, threw it among each other like a ball, then shot it dead in the air.

>Leaving the village for the hospital in Grozny, I passed a Russian armored personnel carrier with the word SAMASHKI written on its side in bold, black letters. I looked in my rearview mirror and to my horror saw a human skull mounted on the front of the vehicle. The bones were white; someone must have boiled the skull to remove the flesh.
>”At around the time of the incident, **Russian President Boris Yeltsin compared the Chechens to the Nazis during the 50th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s victory in World War II**. The news of the massacre embarrassed Yeltsin’s foreign guests, including Bill Clinton and John Major. The European Union expressed its concern regarding the incident, while Washington had warned that the events of Chechnya could wreck the anniversary event.”

>The people were murdered in what was described as Soviet reprisals against civilians for anti-communist resistance members and their military actions aimed against the Red Army. When a Red Army unit entered the town with a population of about 10,000 to search for resistance members, several villagers and armed combatants hid in a qanat, an underground irrigation canal. The Russian commander told the elders to bring out all the people in the tunnel, but the elders said there is nobody there. When one man emerged from the stairway, contradicting the elders, the Russian commander ordered that all the people under ground come out. When the people below refused, the Russian officials poured a flammable liquid through three vertical well shafts that lead to the qanat, presumed to be a mix of gasoline, pentrite and trinitrotoluene, to rout them out. A military vehicle added a bag of white powder to the mix; men wearing suits and masks with goggles went down the stairs at the entrance of the canal and dispersed the white powder into the water. The Soviet Army then fired with machine guns at the entrances, causing massive explosions of the canals. The people inside the canal were killed by being burned alive. They were either hiding to avoid military drafting or were afraid of Soviet attacks. The Soviet soldiers laughed and cheered after the explosions. According to the reports, 11 villagers were forced to look at the murders by the Red Army.

>According to a Helsinki Watch report based on eyerwitness testimony, the Soviet troops entered several villages of Issa Khel in the Char Dara District, Kunduz, on 14 December 1984 in their pursuit of Mujahideen fighters. The Soviet soldiers perpetrated several crimes there, including looting, wanton destruction, rape and murder. In one instance, they threw grenades into a house, killing the inhabitants. On their way back to Kunduz city, the Soviet column was ambushed by Mujahideen. In retaliation, on 22 December the Soviet Army and their collaborators from the Army of the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan surrounded the Haji Rahmatullah village, and then proceeded to systematically summary execute people in every house they would enter, including children and women. They would shoot them in the head. Three pregnant women were allegedly mutilated with bayonets. The village was set on fire and burned for five days. People offered Russians money, hoping they would bribe them to spare their lives, but were executed anyway. Anyone trying to escape the village was shot. Numerous villagers were locked in houses and killed when the Russians set fire by throwing grenades inside.

‘The prisoners were electrocuted, beaten cruelly and for multiple days in a row with different objects (iron bars, baseball bats, sticks, rifle butts, bayonet knives, rubber batons). Techniques widely used by the Ukrainian armed forces and security forces include waterboarding, strangling with a ‘Banderist garrotte’ and other types of strangling. In some cases prisoners, for the purposes of intimidation, were sent to minefields and run over with military vehicles, which led to their death. Other torture methods used by the Ukrainian armed forces and security forces include bone-crashing, stabbing and cutting with a knife, branding with red-hot objects, shooting different body parts with small arms. The prisoners taken captive by the Ukrainian armed forces and security forces are kept for days at freezing temperatures, with no access to food or medical assistance, and are often forced to take psychotropic substances that cause agony. An absolute majority of prisoners are put through mock firing squads and suffer death and rape threats to their families. Many of those tortured are not members of the self-defense forces of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR)’ [https://www.osce.org/files/f/documents/e/7/233896.pdf](https://www.osce.org/files/f/documents/e/7/233896.pdf)
